#842 Hair Fair 2015 is coming

On July 11th the Hair Fair which is one of the most famous charity and fashion events in SL will open its doors.

It will go through July 26th. As every year since 2007 the Hair Fair and its generous participating designers will raise funds to help the charity Wigs for Kids.

If you want to show your support to the Hair Fair you can pay this event a visit and shop, shop and... shop! *winks*

You can also take part to the last day of the Bandana Day. You don't know what the Bandana Day is? It's quite simple. Since 2007 the last day of Hair Fair is celebrated with Bandana Day. Everybody is encouraged to remove their hair to show they care and to wear the exclusive bandanas created by Second Life residents. These bandanas are sold to help raising more funds for Wigs for Kids.

If you want to contribute in some way to help Wigs for Kids you can also to create a bandana for Hair Day. If you are interested please contact Sasy Scarborough or Whimsy Winx to get a kit. Everything is provided: the mesh bandana, bakes and template for your ad. All you need is creativity!

#676 Hair Fair 2014

Hair Fair 2014 starts on July 12th and will go through July 27th, which will be closing day, as well as Bandana Day.

The Hair Fair is a charity event. All participants will be donating a portion of every sale made during the event. All hairstyles are brand new styles, and will only be at the event while the event is on, so you need to make sure and visit and help support them while they do a truly wonderful thing by donating to help Wigs for Kids.

What is Wigs for Kids? For over 30 years, Wigs for Kids has been providing Hair Replacement Systems and support for children who have lost their hair due to chemotherapy, radiation therapy, alopecia, trichotillamania, burns and other medical issues at no cost to children or their families. This charity benefits from each and every purchase made during the Hair Fair.

If you want trying on hair demos without having lag issues, it exists a group to get demos. If you join it you will receive demos prior to the opening of the fair.
