SL Buddy Walk

The SL Buddy Walk was created to celebrate the World Down Syndrome Day in Second Life. 

The Buddy Walk® was established in 1995 by the National Down Syndrome Society to celebrate Down Syndrome Awareness and to promote acceptance and inclusion of people with Down syndrome. 

The 2013 edition will start on March 17th and will go through March 31th.

New this year an entire region will be open for 2 weeks. Proceeds from the sales will go to the SL Buddy Walk… 

Many of your favorite SL entertainers and store brands (Razorblade, Sakide, Katink, Tonic, Citrus, Faboo, Possession, Adoness, Stars!, Pure Poison, Zanze, Something New, and so on...) will be taking part to promote and raise money for Down Syndrome awareness.
